If being close to the hospital, shopping and dining is important, you probably already know about James Street Estates.

This park was built in 1989 and 1990. Shortly after, the residents bought the park to protect it from future development. When a new owner purchases, they buy the park share which is held in trust and reimbursed to them upon their subsequent sale. It keeps the monthly fee very low – just $150 per month which includes water, sewer, garbage and basic cable.

The  park values have increased steadily and now even in this slow market are holding values well.
