1. The biggest challenge right now is not can you sell (and for a decent price) but do you have somewhere to go. Many seller’s are nervous about being able to find their replacement home, especially if they are moving into the median price range.
2. You still have to price it right. We see price reduction coming through every day. Not just any price will work. Many buyers are already at the “choke point” on prices. They are not just going to pay anything you ask. You must have a price that can be validated based on recent sales.<
3. You must get competent help. Honestly, I’m not saying this because I’m a Realtor. Obviously, I know a good one, but if it’s not me, at least interview and take the time to find excellent help.Don’t think you can’t make it all work in this market. You just need a plan.
